Brother (in-law)
My message to Arnie Dear Arnie, Where did you go? I was planning on seeing you soon. You got out of seeing me last time by taking on a seizure and almost leaving us then. I didn’t take it personally, but now? It’s never been said that you attempt anything half heartedly. This seems a bit extreme. Even for you. I wish I could have told you these things in person but I’m sure my words will find their way to you. While I am sad beyond words for not being able to enjoy your company again in person – I can’t help but smile EVERY time I think of you. I’ve learned a great many things from growing up around and in your presence. At the top of the list is “How to enjoy life”. You left us prematurely based on time but not based on how high you filled your cup. Your smile and energy for life was infectious and because you still make me smile – it continues. I admired it and learned that if I only had a fraction of it that I’d be happy beyond my expectations. Thank you. I also learned from you that “you take care of what needs to be taken care of!” There never seemed to be a task too difficult for you to tackle. You spoke your mind and tackled everything head on. Whenever I find myself avoiding the difficult tasks in life I think of you and it pushes me through. Arnie, thank you for being a great role model in so many ways. I truly miss you. Even so, I’m still smiling. Love Always Your brother (in-law) Michael- Tribute Navigation
